Welding and NDE
Welding is performed according to the Canadian Welding Standards (equivalent to AWS D1.1). Our facility is CSA W47.1 Div. 3 approved. Materials welded include A36, A-588, A514, SS304L, SS316L Avesta 2205, Ferralium, Inconnel, Hastelloy, etc
Nondestructive testing is conducted based on design requirements, including those of special standards such as API 560 and 673. These include dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasound and X-ray examinations.
